Privacy and terms

These terms apply to the EAGLE7 game and website (the "Service"), operated by EAGLE7 ("we", "us"). By pressing Deploy, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use it only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf. We may ask you to confirm your age.

2. Privacy

We aim to collect as little information as we need to run and improve the Service. Depending on the features you use, this may include:

• Information you give us, such as what you write when you contact us, send feedback, or create a profile or account where one is offered.
• Information from your device, such as device and browser type, language, approximate region, performance and gameplay data, and settings and progress saved in your browser.
• Information from service providers that help us deliver the Service, such as hosting, content delivery, fonts, speech and similar technical services. These providers may receive your IP address and device details when your browser loads the Service, and handle them under their own privacy policies.

We use this information to provide, secure, maintain and improve the Service, to remember your choices, to respond to you, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with service providers working on our behalf, where the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of players, the public or the Service. Information may be processed in countries other than your own. We keep it only for as long as needed for these purposes.

You can clear information saved in your browser at any time through your browser settings. Subject to applicable law, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or object to how it is used, by writing to contact@eagle7.cloudbrain.live.

3. Fair play

Use the Service only for personal, lawful enjoyment. Do not cheat, interfere with or attempt to disrupt the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to harass or harm anyone. We may limit or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

4. Our content

The Service, including its code, artwork, audio, characters and story, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may play it, but you may not copy, modify, distribute or sell any part of it without our written permission.

5. A work of fiction

EAGLE7 is a work of fiction and depicts armed violence. Security agencies in the game carry the names of real ones, but the game is not affiliated with, endorsed by or made with any government body or agency. All characters, units, operations and armed groups are invented, and any resemblance to real people or events is coincidental.

6. No warranty and limits on liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

7. Changes

We may update these terms and the Service from time to time, including as new features are added. We will post the updated terms here with a new date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
